Qualifications

• Rising juniors/seniors enrolled in a 4-year degree program or students enrolled in 2-year degree program.
• Available for the full duration of the summer internship program.
• Strong analytical thinkers with sophisticated problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership experience, team collaboration and strong communication skills.
• Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates while keeping safety and efficiency as a priority.
• Learn how retail operations and logistics networks partner to keep the business running.
• Participate in process improvement projects and present final findings to Distribution executives.
• Collaborate with various functions within Distribution or Fulfillment Center.
• Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of the off-price business model.
