Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. offers a 12-week Operations Internship across our warehouse locations in the USA. You’ll lead a team of warehouse associates, learn how retail operations and logistics partner to keep the business running, and gain exposure to the full lifecycle of the off-price model.

You’ll receive extensive training, mentorship from leaders, and opportunities for professional development, networking, and a final project presentation to Distribution executives.

Qualifications

• Candidates with a genuine interest in a long-term career within our worldwide logistics operation.
• Rising Juniors and Seniors currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program or students enrolled in 2-year degree program.
• Available for the full duration of the summer internship program.
• Strong analytical thinkers with sophisticated problem-solving skills.
• Proven leadership experience, team collaboration and strong communication skills.
• The confidence and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• An entrepreneurial drive, strong worth ethic, and business acumen.
• Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule depending on business needs.
