Job summary

Marshalls, part of TJX Companies, offers a 12-week summer Operations Internship at our Distribution Centers across the country. You’ll join a dynamic team and lead a group of warehouse associates while focusing on efficiency and safety to keep our business running smoothly.

You’ll gain hands-on exposure to retail logistics, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work on a process improvement project, with mentorship from leaders and opportunities to present to Distribution executives.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinkers with sophisticated problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership experience, teamwork and strong communication abilities
• Interest in a long-term career within our worldwide logistics operation
• Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule depending on business needs
• Rising Juniors and Seniors enrolled in a 4-year degree program or students enrolled in 2-year degree program

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates during the internship
• Learn how retail operations partner with our logistics networks
• Gain exposure to full lifecycle of our off-price business model
• Participate in a process improvement project and present findings
• Support daily operations with a focus on efficiency and safety
