Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. offers a 12-week summer Operations Internship across our warehouse locations, including the Worcester Distribution Center.

You will lead a team of warehouse associates, learn retail logistics, and contribute to efficiency and safety initiatives. Interns participate in professional development, networking, and volunteer events, with a final presentation to Distribution executives and potential post-internship opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Participate in professional development, networking, and volunteer events during the internship.
• Work on a process improvement project and present findings to Distribution executives.
• Learn to lead and develop diverse teams across Distribution and Fulfillment Centers.
• Collaborate with multiple functions within Distribution or Fulfillment Center.
• Shadow TJX operations leaders to gain hands-on experience in retail logistics.
• Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of the off-price business model.
• Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
