• Rising Juniors and Seniors currently enrolled in a 4-year degree program
• Available for the full duration of the summer internship program
• Strong analytical thinkers with sophisticated problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership experience, team collaboration and strong communication skills
• The confidence and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
• An entrepreneurial drive, strong worth ethic, and business acumen
• Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule depending on business needs

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of warehouse associates while keeping efficiency and safety top of mind
• Support in daily operations of the distribution/fulfillment network
• Participate in a process improvement project and present results to executives
• Learn how retail operations and logistics networks partner to keep the business running
• Gain exposure to the full lifecycle of the off-price business model
