Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Logistics Operations Engineer to provide software-focused operational support for automated warehouse systems. You will monitor KiSoft production environments, triage incidents, and guide on-site resources to restore service.

You will maintain documentation, prepare internal reports, and communicate status to stakeholders while coordinating with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Strong incident communication, documentation, and cross-team coordination skills (control-room style support).
• Technical knowledge in Linux, Windows 11, and Linux Server; Oracle databases, PL/SQL, Java and/or C++.

Responsibilities

• Provide software-focused operational support to keep automated warehouse systems stable and running.
• Monitor KiSoft production environments, triage incidents, and restore service through operational actions.
• Coordinate with on-site resources and support teams, escalating when needed to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
• Communicate system status and incident updates to stakeholders and ensure effective shift handover information.
• Maintain accurate support documentation and tickets, including Problem Management tickets for recurring issues; prepare internal reports as required.
