KNAPP North America seeks a Logistics Operations Engineer to support KiSoft production environments and keep automated warehouses running smoothly. You will monitor software, triage incidents, and guide on-site resources to resolve issues.

Working with Linux/Windows, Oracle databases, and Java or C++, you will communicate with stakeholders and maintain thorough documentation. The role requires travel ~15% and thrives under pressure in a fast-paced automation setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/SE/IS/CE or equivalent.
• Strong incident communication and documentation.
• Experience with Linux/Windows environments.
• Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and Java or C++.
• Understanding of automated warehouse concepts.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KiSoft ONE & KiSoft SRC to maintain stable warehouse operations.
• Respond to and triage software incidents; take actions to restore service.
• Coordinate with on-site resources and support teams; escalate as needed.
• Communicate system status and incident updates to stakeholders; provide handover info.
• Maintain accurate support documentation and tickets, including Problem Management.
• Prepare and provide internal reports as required.
