Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead the department and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee shipping, receiving, and warehouse activities, coordinating with the Warehouse Manager to maintain safety, efficiency, and high customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and exceptional communication skills to train and develop personnel while optimizing workflow and safety programs.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in transportation and logistics management with supervisory responsibilities.
• High School Diploma required.
• Forklift experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• People management and leadership experience (Recruitment, Selection, Training & Development, Coaching, and Performance Management).
• Strategic Planning Skills.
• Strong Organizational Skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the warehouse department in all operational disciplines.
• Ensure operational excellence, high productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate warehouse activities and facility maintenance under the direction of the Warehouse Manager.
• Train warehouse personnel to ensure a well‑coordinated shipping and receiving plan.
• Maintain warehouse equipment and manage safety programs.
