Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a warehouse supervisor to oversee inventory levels, scheduling, and training for the warehouse team. The role requires strong hands-on use of WMS and SAP, plus a focus on accuracy and safety in daily operations.

You will manage tasks, track orders, and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillment while fostering a positive work environment and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• 1 year of SAP experience.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends.
• 1 year of experience as a supervisor.
• Skills in inventory control and cycle counting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational processes to ensure correct inventory levels are maintained and orders are completed accurately and on time.
• Review workload and assign tasks to employees.
• Train and coach the warehouse team and provide developmental opportunities; recommend improvements.
• Utilize warehouse management system and maintain work documents.
• Establish and promote exceptional customer service.
• Interpret and enforce policies and safety procedures to ensure compliance.
• Safely operate equipment and tools.
• Provide support back-up to warehouse management.
• Track orders and investigate problems.
• Catalog and track goods and/or supplies.
• Adhere to the 7S program by maintaining a clean environment.
• Work safely to protect yourself and teammates.
