Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee inbound/outbound logistics, product slotting, and customer communications. You will lead daily work, conduct staff meetings, and drive continuous improvement across operations to meet productivity goals.

The role requires 3+ years in logistics with a supervisory background, MHE knowledge or forklift certification, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and RF scanning systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in logistics/distribution.
• 1 year in a supervisory role.
• MHE certification or knowledge of basic MHE operation preferred.
• Forklift training certification required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, labor management, and planning for inbound/outbound, product slotting and customer communications daily.
• Conduct staff meetings to review daily/weekly activities and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure operations meet productivity and service goals and report on cost-saving measures.
• Provide direction to Human Resources and assist in hiring, training, and development programs.
• Hold regular meetings with warehouse staff to assess overall status.
