SEFL is seeking a Management Trainee for its Operations Management Trainee Program. This entry-level role includes a 16-week intensive training to prepare you for leadership in operations, under a mentor.

You will learn the basics of transportation, cross-dock efficiency, leadership communication, and relationship building. Relocation to another facility for your first leadership role will be required after program completion.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's in Transportation or Logistics or 2 years related work experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate and professional demeanor at all times.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a 16-week Management Trainee Program to learn operations leadership basics.
• Interface with Support Center and Service Center staff daily.
• Accompany Account Manager on customer sales calls and drivers on local routes.
