Job summary

Southeastern Freight Lines is seeking a Management Trainee to begin a structured Operations Management Trainee Program. This entry-level role includes a 16-week training period designed to prepare you for leadership positions in operations, with mentorship and hands-on exposure to cross-dock operations and customer interactions.

Upon completion, trainees relocate to another facility for their first leadership role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation or Logistics or two years related work experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Must be willing to relocate as needed.

Responsibilities

• Participate in 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program.
