Job summary

Responsibilities

• Learn the basic principles of the transportation industry and cross-dock operations under a mentor.
• Prepare for an initial leadership/supervisory role in operations.
• Relocation to another facility may be required after program completion.
• Complete the leadership training program through guided independent study.
• Collaborate with Support Center and Service Center teams daily.
• Shadow an Account Manager during customer sales calls and observe delivery operations.
