Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Transportation or Logistics or 2 years of related work experience.
• Must have an acceptable driving history.
• Relocation readiness required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the 16-week Operations Management Trainee Program.
• Learn basic transportation industry principles and cross-dock operations.
• Interface with Support Center and Service Center staff daily.
• Accompany Account Manager on customer sales calls.
• Shadow drivers on local routes to understand the freight delivery process.
