Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Operations Support in Aurora, CO to assist the manager in planning and monitoring overall delivery and return orders. You will work closely with warehouse staff and provide direction for pulling returns from various locations.

The role requires experience in transportation routing/dispatching and customer service, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This is an in-office position with standard daytime hours.

Qualifications

• 1+ years transportation routing/dispatching in logistics
• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Clerical administrative position experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Resolve billing issues with Operations.
• Review, research, and resolve Missing PODs.
• Receive, research, process, and track driver ATDs.
• Receive, review, process, track returns.
• Monitor and maintain each assigned driver.
• Routing/Attaching outbound shipments.
• Quoting new shipments.
• Communicate with relevant corporate personnel at all levels.
• Other duties and tasks assigned as requested.
• High Volume Data Entry
• Assist with customer service issues as they arise.
• Follow-up with Operations with billing-related issues.
