Responsibilities

• Real time audits of stop data input by delivery teams and report exceptions.
• Monitor delivery progress and communicate potential issues with time windows.
• Receive inbound calls from delivery teams reporting issues.
• Communicate potential delivery issues to internal and external customers.
• Print, organize, and process paperwork for the delivery process.
• Use resources to resolve issues that may prevent delivery.
• Assist with warehouse duties and handle freight with a pallet jack when needed.
• Resolve issues with delivery teams, customers, and internal stakeholders in real time.
• Communicate essential details via phone, text, and email.
• Create a positive, professional and friendly environment.
• Engage with Vendor Owners and contracted workers regarding KPIs.
