Job summary

Maersk Ground Freight in the United States is seeking an Operations Support to answer calls, monitor inquiries, and track shipments. You will coordinate with delivery teams, update stakeholders, and ensure paperwork is correctly processed.

• Real time audits of stop data and reporting exceptions.

• Communicate all potential delivery issues to internal and external customers.
• Process paperwork associated with the delivery process.
• Assist with warehouse duties and move freight with a pallet jack.
• Resolve issues with delivery teams and customers in real time.
