Maersk in the United States is seeking an Operations Support professional to assist the manager with daily planning and monitoring of paid transportation finance operations. You will work closely with warehouse staff and support customer payments and hauler settlements.

Key duties include resolving billing issues, researching missing PODs, processing driver ATD data, returns, and outbound shipments, while maintaining strong communication with corporate teams and ensuring accurate, timely data

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service or operations support is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills evidenced in daily tasks.

Responsabilités

• Resolve billing issues and research PODs.
• Process and track driver ATD’s and returns.
• Assist with high-volume data entry and quotation of shipments.
• Support customer service issues and coordinate with Operations.
• Maintain alignment with warehouse staff and billing teams.
