Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Operations Support employee to assist the manager with daily planning and monitoring of paid transportation finance operations. You will work closely with warehouse staff and support customer payments and hauler settlements.

The role emphasizes accurate billing, timely data entry, and effective communication across operations. You will handle high-volume tasks, resolve issues, and help ensure on-time payments while maintaining a customer-focused service mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent computer and communication skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Able to multitask in a high-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and technical written communication.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Resolve billing issues with Operations.
• Review, research, and resolve missing PODs.
• Receive, research, process, and track driver ATD’s.
• Receive, review, process, and track returns.
• Monitor and maintain each assigned driver.
• Routing/Attaching outbound shipments
• Quoting new shipments
• Communicate with relevant corporate personnel at all levels.
• Other duties and tasks assigned as requested.
• High Volume Data Entry
• Assist with customer service issues as they arise.
• Follow up with Operations on billing-related issues.
