Job summary

Maersk Line Limited is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support commercial operations, pricing, and contract management in a fast-paced logistics environment. You will collaborate across sales, product, and internal teams to ensure pricing accuracy and contract compliance, while delivering high-quality service.

The role requires strong analytical, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Advanced/Bachelor's in logistics/supply chain preferred
• 2+ years of work experience in logistics or shipping
• CRM experience, especially Salesforce
• Proficiency in MS Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Experience with pricing, contracts, and invoicing processes
• Experience using web-based software and exporting data to Excel

Responsibilities

• Provide price quotes to customers and update contract management system
• Ensure invoice accuracy and timely processing
• Collaborate with Ocean, Product management, GSC, Client Managers and AR
• Quote customers following company processes and standards
• Maintain up-to-date contract agreements in the system
• Plan renewal meetings to identify client requirements and action plans
• Engage stakeholders on legal, regulatory, and cost considerations
• Meet deadlines and communicate with internal stakeholders
• Review contract performance for compliance and changes
• Assist with Monthly/Quarterly Business Review prep and presentations
• Lead commercial functions and negotiations for Ocean offers
• Cross-sell Ocean+ products
• Manage Ocean opportunities end-to-end with Salesforce hygiene
