Job summary

Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. is seeking an Operations Support professional to assist the manager with daily planning and monitoring of the finance operations related to paid transportation.

You will work closely with warehouse staff and support customer payments and hauler settlements. Responsibilities include resolving billing issues, researching missing PODs, processing driver ATDs, tracking returns, routing outbound shipments, quoting new shipments, and data entry.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolve billing issues with Operations.
• Review, research, and resolve missing PODs.
• Receive, research, process, and track driver ATD’s.
• Receive, review, process, and track returns.
• Monitor and maintain each assigned driver.
• Routing/Attaching outbound shipments
• Quoting new shipments
• Communicate with relevant corporate personnel at all levels.
• Other duties and tasks assigned as requested.
• High Volume Data Entry.
• Assist with customer service issues as they arise.
• Follow up with Operations on billing-related issues.
