Qualifications

• College degree/technical certification in business, logistics, transportation, or related field.
• 3+ years supervisory experience in a warehouse or transportation.
• 3+ years experience monitoring, evaluating and rewarding employee performance.
• 3+ years experience in performance management with progressive discipline.
• 3+ years experience preparing and conducting meetings (H&S and Employee committee).
• 3+ years experience investigating and reporting workplace accidents and incidents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations and coordinate staff.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Maintain positive labor relations and ensure safety initiatives.
• Conduct performance evaluations and recognize achievements.
• Address performance issues per disciplinary procedures.
• Lead health, safety, and security initiatives.
