Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Logistics Supervisor in Cleveland, OH to oversee daily logistics operations within our Supply Chain Solutions division. Under the Manager, you will supervise staff, coach, and drive improvements to meet business objectives while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will schedule work, monitor KPI performance, collaborate with customers, and lead a diverse team to deliver efficient, reliable service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to optimize shifts.
• Accountable for site KPI.
• Collaborate with customers in operations.
• Conduct regular progress meetings and coach staff.
• Promote diversity and inclusion and improve internal processes.
• Perform performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions.
