Federal Express Corporation seeks an Operations Supervisor to oversee daily package sortation and staff, promoting the Safety Above All culture. You will manage admins, ensure policy compliance, and coach a team to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, performance reviews, and driving safety programs while adapting to changing needs and communicating clearly with teams at all levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Certification program or Associate's degree or 2+ years of college accepted in lieu of degree.
• Six months supervisory or package handler experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Champion FedEx's Safety Above All Culture and support related initiatives.
• Manage hiring, coaching, training, recognition and performance evaluations.
• Plan, organize, staff, direct and control day-to-day operations.
• Assign staff to ensure safe and efficient sortation of packages.
• Analyze performance and drive improvements in key metrics.
• Lead daily meetings to communicate updates and goals.
• Develop safety and employee relations programs.
• Train new employees on duties and FXG policies and safety.
• Mentor and develop other Operations Supervisors.
• Adapt quickly to change and lead with urgency.
