Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma or GED.
• 3 years’ experience in logistics/distribution.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Preferred: Forklift certification/knowledge of basic MHE.

Responsibilities

• Supervise inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication daily.
• Plan labor scheduling, space utilization and equipment needs.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; address performance issues.
• Ensure safety, quality and cost objectives are met.
• Maintain KPI performance and SOP adherence.
