Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor in the USA - New Berlin location. The role oversees receiving, warehousing, and shipping operations, manages labor scheduling and space utilization, and ensures safety, quality, and cost objectives are met.

You will hire, train, and evaluate staff, coordinate with the Operations Manager, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining adherence to SOPs and client requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of experience in logistics/distribution environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Prior MHE certification knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inbound, outbound, and warehouse activities to meet productivity and service goals.
• Plan labor, space, and equipment use; manage staffing and scheduling.
• Train and coach staff; conduct performance reviews and address issues promptly.
