Job summary

You will ensure safety and compliance with DOT requirements, maintain KPI reports, and coach staff to improve performance and reliability within a dynamic dairy distribution network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily direction to professional drivers to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Monitor daily activities and adjust load assignments to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain route knowledge and use routing software to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Create and approve driver schedules, manage timekeeping, and monitor overtime.
• Ensure proper completion of load paperwork for DOT and reporting purposes.
• Prepare and distribute KPI reports for transportation operations.
• Build positive relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure service quality.
• Hold drivers accountable for professional interactions and safety.
