Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics management, transportation, or import/export compliance preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Experience with import/export classification processes.
• Understanding of customs clearance and working with customs brokers.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Formulas, Pivot Tables, and data tracking/reporting.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to follow up proactively and manage multiple shipments or priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support daily logistics and transportation operations, including shipment tracking and delivery follow-up.
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies and transportation issues.
• Coordinate with customs brokers to resolve customs clearance issues.
• Support import/export compliance activities and product classification processes.
• Monitor shipment exceptions and incident reports and take appropriate corrective action.
• Review, validate, and process invoices from logistics and transportation vendors.
• Maintain accurate logistics and shipment records.
• Communicate with carriers, brokers, vendors, and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status and outstanding issues.
• Assist with reporting and analysis using Microsoft Excel.
• Identify opportunities to improve logistics processes and operational efficiency.
