Job summary

Xtended Resources in California is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support logistics and customs teams with data gathering, status updates, and reporting. You will help ensure timely payment of freight invoices, prepare customs documents, and assist with warehouse paperwork.

Strong organization and communication skills are essential, with proficiency in Excel and knowledge of ocean freight processes. Spanish is a plus, and you will interact with internal and external partners to keep operations

Qualifications

Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Intermediate MS Excel skills.
Experience with intermodal logistics systems.
Knowledge of international ocean freight processes.

Responsibilities

Utilize internal and external systems to gather information, update status, and create reports.
Ensure effective and timely payment of invoices for freight, charges, and other services.
Create/proof documents for customs clearance.
Assist with documentation for the warehouse.
Help with Paper Work.
