The role involves working with logistics vendors, customs brokers, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues and ensure smooth operations.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytical, and comfortable using Excel to analyze data, track shipments, and process invoices.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in logistics management, transportation, import/export operations, or a related field preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related discipline.
• Experience with product/classification processes, preferably within logistics or import/export operations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, PivotTables, and data analysis.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day logistics operations, including shipment tracking, transportation coordination, and follow-up on shipment.
• Coordinate with customs brokers to identify and resolve customs clearance and import/export issues.
• Review, validate, and process logistics vendor invoices for accuracy and timely payment.
• Monitor incident reports related to shipment exceptions, delays, or discrepancies and take appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain accurate logistics records and documentation while ensuring compliance with applicable import/export requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, transportation providers, vendors, and customs brokers to resolve operational issues efficiently.
• Analyze logistics data and provide updates on shipment status, exceptions, and operational issues.
