Maersk Logistics & Services USA, Inc. seeks an Operations Manager to oversee shipments, prepare paperwork, and dispatch drivers. This role will be the primary interface between Maersk, customers, sales, and vendors, ensuring high-quality service while adhering to policies.

Training, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions may be required. The position emphasizes safe operations, effective leadership of direct reports, and ongoing process improvement in a dynamic logistics environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years in Operations Management
• Experience with DOT regulations and logistics systems

Mansioni

• Assist Station manager with general tasks.
• Ensure safe operations and OSHA compliance.
• Train, supervise, coach, and evaluate direct reports.
• Review KPI and benchmarking data to drive improvements.
• Oversee warehouse operations and supervise direct reports.
• Communicate freight status to customers, vendors, and Maersk stations.
