Job summary

Temco Logistics, a proud subsidiary of The Home Depot, is seeking an Operations Manager to support delivery and customer service teams. You will monitor daily operations, ensure accurate scheduling, and uphold high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll lead routing, dispatch, and warehouse workflows, train new staff, and collaborate with drivers and managers to optimize performance while maintaining payroll integrity and compliance across 3PL locations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery operations and resolve service exceptions
• Support drivers and customer service teams with real-time troubleshooting
• Train and onboard new team members
• Build, manage, and adjust office and driver schedules
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Prepare delivery manifests and ensure dispatch readiness
• Collaborate with routing and driver managers to optimize performance
• Review payroll and resolve discrepancies
• Process reschedules, cancellations, and customer service exceptions
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics at 3PL locations
• Track recycling and waste levels and recommend operational improvements
