Temco Logistics, a proud subsidiary of The Home Depot, seeks an Operations Manager to support delivery and customer service teams in a fast-paced environment. You will monitor daily operations, optimize schedules, and ensure high service standards while collaborating with drivers and 3PL locations.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with hands-on experience in transportation, routing, and warehouse management.

Formación

• Experience coordinating transportation operations and scheduling.
• Proven ability to route, dispatch, and optimize deliveries.
• Hands-on management of warehouse processes and inventory controls.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor daily delivery operations and resolve service exceptions.
• Support drivers and customer service teams with real-time troubleshooting.
• Train and onboard new team members and manage staffing schedules.
• Prepare delivery manifests and ensure dispatch readiness.
• Collaborate with routing and driver managers to optimize performance.
• Review payroll and resolve discrepancies.
• Process reschedules, cancellations, and customer service exceptions.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics at 3PL locations.
• Track recycling and waste levels and recommend improvements.
• Attend weekly planning and operations meetings.
