Qualifications

• Must have hands-on experience in transportation operations.
• Experience coordinating routing and dispatching activities.
• Background in warehouse management or distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery operations and resolve service exceptions.
• Support drivers and customer service teams with real-time troubleshooting.
• Train and onboard new team members.
• Build, manage, and adjust office and driver schedules.
• Order and maintain office supplies.
• Prepare delivery manifests and ensure dispatch readiness.
• Collaborate with routing and driver managers to optimize performance.
• Review payroll and resolve discrepancies.
• Process reschedules, cancellations, and customer service exceptions.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics at 3PL locations.
• Track recycling and waste levels and recommend operational improvements.
• Track delivery exceptions and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor compliance with check-ins, paperwork, and routing standards.
• Review next-day delivery plans and adjust schedules as needed.
• Submit nightly operations recap reports.
• Attend weekly planning and operations meetings.
• Conduct inventory checks and order supplies.
