Qualifications

• Experience managing transportation operations and dispatch processes.
• Ability to monitor daily delivery performance and resolve exceptions.
• Experience with scheduling and coordinating drivers and 3PL partners.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily delivery operations and resolve service exceptions.
• Support drivers and customer service teams with real-time troubleshooting.
• Build, manage, and adjust office and driver schedules.
• Prepare delivery manifests and ensure dispatch readiness.
• Collaborate with routing and driver managers to optimize performance.
• Review payroll and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee inbound and outbound logistics at 3PL locations.
• Track recycling and waste levels and recommend improvements.
