Temco Logistics, a proud subsidiary of The Home Depot, is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Manager to support our delivery and customer service teams. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate scheduling, and high service standards.

Qualifications

Must have transportation operations experience.
Routing and dispatching experience required.
Warehouse management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor daily delivery operations and resolve service exceptions.
Support drivers and customer service teams with real-time troubleshooting.
Train and onboard new team members.
Build, manage, and adjust office and driver schedules.
Order and maintain office supplies; prepare delivery manifests and ensure dispatch readiness.
Collaborate with routing and driver managers to optimize performance.
Review payroll and resolve discrepancies.
Process reschedules, cancellations, and customer service exceptions.
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics at 3PL locations.
Track recycling and waste levels and recommend operational improvements.
