Carvana is seeking a management-level leader to oversee multiple teams at a Logistics Field Operation site. The role involves coordinating transportation operations, driving site goals, and aligning schedules with planning teams.

The position requires mentoring staff and enforcing safety standards, with a focus on efficient yard and warehouse workflow. The role emphasizes leadership of CDL drivers and experience in logistics, with no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT compliance/regulations.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience.
• 3+ years of logistics or supply chain experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
• Demonstrable experience leading or developing people, including CDL drivers.
• Transportation experience with vehicle transporter or tractor trailer or related military experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day transportation operations at assigned locations in coordination with site leaders.
• Develop site goals and ensure alignment and execution within the site.
• Review and adjust daily route schedules with Planning and Scheduling.
• Mentor and hold direct reports to account through coaching and training.
• Ensure workplace safety standards, yard cleanliness, and GEMBA walks.
• Maintain timely communication with internal teams.
• Coordinate and monitor inventory movement through warehouse workflow and shifts.
