DHL Supply Chain is seeking an Operations Manager II to lead a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports, shaping a culture of inclusion and high performance. You will design efficient workflows, labor plans, and standardized processes to boost productivity and reduce costs across the distribution network.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree, logistics experience, and prior supervisory experience, with preference for P&L and project-management exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferred.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience, required.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role, required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement workflows, labor plan, standardize processes, and introduce best practices to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall operational efficiency.
• Take proactive measures to uphold compliance with health and safety regulations, fostering a culture of heightened safety awareness.
• Compile comprehensive reports on KPIs, including but not limited to productivity and accuracy metrics, providing insights to support decisions.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates to promote transparency and teamwork.
• Partner with Human Resources and site leadership to ensure a comprehensive hiring process of Supervisors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure prompt fulfillment of customer orders, exceeding expectations.
• Engage with customers to address concerns and achieve exceptional customer satisfaction.
