Penske Logistics LLC is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead a team of drivers and hourly staff at a Jacksonville location. You will direct daily operations, scheduling, and customer service activities to meet company goals and client needs.

The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and the ability to drive improvements. Shift is Monday–Friday, 11:00 am–9:00 pm, with flexibility during peak seasons and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Supervise drivers and hourly staff to meet customer objectives.
• Lead daily operations including dispatch, documentation and safety.
• Conduct team meetings and provide coaching and counseling.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and performance standards.
• Assist in hiring and provide relief coverage when needed.
• Ensure site systems are used correctly and reports are completed on time.
