Penske Logistics is seeking a proven leader to supervise drivers at a Jacksonville location, guiding daily operations to meet customer requirements and company objectives. You will manage hourly staff, coordinate loading/unloading, driver deliveries, and ensure safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Shift: Monday–Friday, 11:00 am–9:00 pm, with peak-season flexibility and bonus eligibility based on performance.

Qualificações

• Proven leadership with strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with good time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to drive process improvement and lead change.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.
• Ownership and responsibility to run operations with urgency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and supervise hourly workforce and drivers, ensuring customer needs are met.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of trailers and verify proper documentation.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance management for direct reports.
• Conduct team meetings, coaching, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and equipment maintenance practices.
• Monitor productivity, attendance, and overall operations performance.
