Responsibilities

• Maintain data integrity and analyze to validate system accuracy.
• Ensure OTIF deliveries by collaborating with transportation teams.
• Oversee order management: follow-up, planning, scheduling, and invoicing.
• Investigate root causes of overstocks/outs to implement corrective actions.
• Match supply with demand with supply planning and CPFR teams.
• Track shipping information and maintain inventory at Coppell DC.
