Qualifications

• WIP Supervisor must have computer technology or accounting and have a technical knowledge ofMicrosoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point and Scheduler.
• Experience in product activity control, finance, accounting analysis, material tracking function and manufacturing operations preferred.
• Proficient in English; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety rules and report unsafe conditions.
• Input and oversee daily production numbers in Oracle (ERP).
• Perform weekly reconciliation of finished product in WMS and ERP.
• Provide support and training during WMS/ERP implementations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and kaizen events.
• Prepare presentations for upper management.
