Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred.
• Certification: Forklift certification (or ability to obtain) and MHE operation.
• Experience: 3+ years in warehouse/distribution/logistics with supervisory responsibilities.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma/5S/Kaizen or similar improvement tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operational activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, dispatching, routing, yard management.
• Coordinate and prioritize work assignments to meet service, quality, safety, and productivity targets.
• Ensure safe, accurate handling and timely dispatch of inventory, freight, and equipment.
• Monitor workflow, labor allocation, and equipment usage to support efficient execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and SOP policies; lead safety initiatives.
• Lead problem-solving for service issues, delays, or quality defects; drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support audits and compliance activities.
• Provide day-to-day leadership, coaching, and development for frontline associates.
