Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 3–5 years in warehouse, distribution, or supply chain operations with supervisory experience preferred.
• Exposure to Lean principles, systems, and tools where applicable.
• Reliable transportation to commute and attend client meetings; travel within the region may be required.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in meeting/exceeding client service goals.
• Oversee operations, ensure objectives are met, and act as local point of contact in GM's absence.
• Plan, schedule, and manage third‑party transportation; dispatch, routing, and tracking.
• Foster Lean warehouse practices; ensure safety, compliance, and professional conduct.
• Develop direct reports; lead training, coaching, and performance management.
• Build strong relationships with service providers and clients.
