Job summary

RXO, Inc. is hiring a Logistics Lead in the Naperville area to manage and administer operational policies for the Managed Transportation team.

You will ensure the highest quality and accuracy for customers while guiding supervisors and coordinators and monitoring metrics. The role requires 4 years of supervisory experience in logistics/transportation, a related bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel occasionally.

Qualifications

• 4 years of supervisory experience in logistics and/or transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assess staffing requirements to maintain high-quality service while minimizing overtime or excess labor costs.
• Oversee all supervisory functions and mentoring of supervisors and coordinators; ensure use of metrics and system tools per standards.
• Act as liaison between Account Managers and operational staff on policy changes; investigate issues to determine root cause and corrective action.
