Job summary

RXO Inc. invites a Senior Logistics Engineer to join its Managed Transportation team in Naperville, IL. The role centers on using data to craft marketable solutions that improve client supply chains and internal RXO processes.

You will lead demonstrations, configuration, testing, and deployment, acting as SME for transportation management systems and related integrations. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical/analytical field.
• 2+ years in supply chain, logistics, decision support, transportation management, distribution, or procurement.
• Experience with data mining and simulations using Microsoft BI, Access, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of supply chain and transportation technology solutions for clients.
• Serve as SME for TMS and system integrations with clients and partners.
• Define requirements, design processes, implement changes, and document specs.
• Research best practices and technology-driven solutions; analyze data for opportunity identification.
• Communicate project activities to stakeholders and manage implementation projects.
