Job summary

Qualifications

• Monitor attendance and performance; provide coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Conduct team meetings and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure safety and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Engage with customers to meet location goals and service levels.
