KNAPP Group is seeking a Logistics Operations Engineer to safeguard and optimize our automated warehouse software. The role focuses on KiSoft ONE and KiSoft SRC, monitoring production environments, triaging incidents, and guiding on-site resources to restore services quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, computer engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong incident communication and cross-team coordination skills (control-room style support).
• Technical knowledge in Linux/Windows, Oracle databases, PL/SQL, Java and/or C++.
• General understanding of automated warehouse equipment concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor KiSoft ONE & KiSoft SRC to maintain stable warehouse operations.
• Triage software incidents and take actions to restore service.
• Coordinate with on-site resources and support teams; escalate to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
• Provide system status updates and maintain accurate support documentation and tickets.
