Job summary

KNAPP Group seeks a Logistics Operations Engineer to ensure warehouse systems run smoothly, lead commissioning, and optimize KiSoft WMS/WCS implementations. You will train customers, analyze issues, and collaborate with engineers to stabilize operations.

You will oversee software functionality, support on-site testing, and produce reports for customer management while ensuring safety and efficiency in dynamic warehouse environments.

Qualifications

• Several years of software commissioning experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of KiSoft WMS/WCS and warehouse systems.
• Experience with SQL databases (Oracle/PLSQL) is desirable.
• Ability to work in a US-based, on-site role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee WMS/WCS software functionality in a warehouse.
• Support commissioning activities for projects requiring WMS/WCS and related testing.
• Train customers to better utilize KiSoft capabilities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in operational warehouses.
• Write customer-facing management reports.
