Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong incident communication, documentation, and cross‑team coordination skills.
• Technical knowledge in Linux, Windows 11, and Linux Server.
• Technical knowledge in Oracle databases, PL/SQL, Java and/or C++.
• General understanding of automated warehouse equipment concepts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support the KiSoft ONE & KiSoft SRC software products.
• Respond to and triage software incidents.
• Coordinate with on-site resources to resolve issues.
• Communicate system status and incident updates.
• Maintain accurate support documentation.
